AOL BROWSER PROBLEMS
If you are an AOL user and are browsing this site with the AOL Browser then you may have problems viewing the entire site. You may also have problems
creating a user account which is required to place an order.
The reason for this is due to the way in which the AOL browser accesses certain pages. This site makes use of something called Sessions. Sessions allow
this site to remember which visitor put what items, if any, into the shopping basket. This site would be useless without the use of Sessions.
Unfortunately the AOL Browser isn't very good at handling Sessions. If you are using the AOL Browser you may find that you place an item in the shopping
basket only for it to disappear when you view another product. It also means you might not be able to create an account because the Session doesn't remember
that you have created that account, and therefore will not let you log in and proceed with your order.
WHAT CAN I DO?
There are two things that you can do if you are experiencing problems viewing this site or placing an order.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the AOL Browser. Check with AOL and download the latest version if you haven't already done so. The latest
version of the AOL Browser may work fine on this site although that has yet to be determined.
2. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer. If your computer is running Windows then it will already have Internet Explorer installed. Simply open it up and point
it to http://www.croixetmerveilles.com
You should then be able to view the entire site and place an order without any further problems.
